30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@hotpickd.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@hotpickd.com and we'll help you process the exchange.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
